The house has been sited to capture the views of Mount Langhi Ghiran and the surrounding historic eucalypt vegetation. The ARKit building system will need to be adapted to suit the site high bush fire area status to ensure compliance to the Australian Standard <em>AS3959 &lsquo;Construction of Buildings in Bushfire Prone Areas&rsquo;.</em></font></p>
